We are inviting employers and providers to attend our ‘Future Opportunities Event’, which aims to provide students with impartial information about the range of opportunities available to them at both Post-16 and Post-16 stages and raise awareness about their future options. Our intention is to show that learning is a lifelong journey and that the variety of subjects a student studies can lead to a wide range of future career pathways.
For the event, we ask if you could bring a visual display stand (banner, leaflets etc.) offering simple but factual information, along with a representative to speak with students and answer their questions.
The age range of the students attending the event is 13 to 19 years and are accompanied by parents. Students from other schools in the area are also invited, typically giving us a footfall of at least 400 during the evening.
