Inclusion / SEND
The South Midlands Careers Hub launched its Inclusion Community of Practice (CoP) in July 2025.
The purpose of the Inclusion CoP is to create a shared platform for careers professionals and volunteers across the hub network with an interest in SEND and inclusion, where they can exchange best practice, access useful information, and support each other in delivering inclusive careers education.
It is open to Careers Leaders from SEND institutions, AP’s and Independent Special Schools, mainstream SENCo’s and FE SEND Departments.
