Cornerstone Employers play a vital role in helping us set the agenda locally; advocating for meaningful business and education partnership, getting involved with initiatives, and in many cases contributing to the wider skills strategy.

PK is the Director of Bedford Giving, a place-based giving movement that brings together businesses, charities, and community partners with a shared mission – to create a brighter future for young people in Bedford. 

. 

Heather Pugh is a Partner at David Lock Associates, an independent town planning and master planning practice based in Milton Keynes.  In addition to her development projects, Heather heads up the company’s engagement activities with schools.

 

Helen Russell is the founder of The Right Track Consultancy, supporting businesses to attract, develop and retain future talent through effective early careers and apprenticeship strategies. She is passionate about helping employers not only bring young people into their organisations, but ensure they thrive, develop and add long-term value.
