Young Inspirers Apprenticeship Assembly

If you are a current apprentice and would like to share your experiences to help students gain an understanding of what life is like as an apprentice and what is required to become one, we would love for you to come into our school and talk to our Year 9 students.

Students will have prepared questions in advance of the assembly and these will then be put to you and six other apprentices to answer. If you feel that this is something that you can help with or would like more information, please email lsmedley@manor.school

An inspirational event for students to engage with local role models to learn about some of the exciting careers and opportunities available.

Volunteers will meet Year 7 students, who will travel in small groups to speak with each volunteer for 8 minutes. Our students’ aim is to gain a better understanding of different career journeys and expectations of the working world.

Volunteers are not required to prepare anything but we hope they can share insights into their career/study experiences and share any advice they may have for our young people.
