BookWe are looking for industry partners, training providers and universities to attend our careers event here at Montsaye Academy. The event is aimed at Year 10 and 12 students providing them with the opportunity to explore their future prospects and progression routes. We are excited to hear from you and how you can support us.
BookDuring pledges week Y9 will have the opportunity to take part in a Dragons Den style event and we would like to invite you to this event as a Business Link. Like the television programme, the students will be involved in developing a product, we would like you, as a local business link, to support the students within the lessons (interview skills, public speaking, tips on advertising) during the morning before presenting the product to the Dragons after lunch. We are also looking for sponsorship for prizes.
BookOur annual event for careers in care – we are looking for people working in the health, social care, or childcare sectors to come to talk to our students about their careers. We are inviting universities, employers, and apprenticeship providers.
BookWe are hosting our first ever Careers Fair and would love for local and national businesses, education providers and entrepreneurs to give our students an insight into the wide ranging careers and pathways available to them.
Our aim is to inspire the next generation by raising aspirations and giving them multiple opportunities to engage with employers.

Travelling in small groups, students will be prepped with career-related questions to ask; their aim is to gain a better understanding of different career and education journeys and expectations of the working world.
Volunteers do not need to prepare anything but we hope that you could kindly share your experiences and some advice for our young people.

Event starts: 9am
